As the CEO of PB Builders, Marko brings 25 years of experience in the construction industry to our team while specializing in all aspects of commercial construction and high end luxury residential construction. With a passion for excellence and a commitment to performance, Marko leads our team in delivering high-quality, innovative, and detail-oriented solutions that exceed client expectations.

Alley McInnis
Chief Estimator.
Alley McInnis is our Chief Estimator. His role includes managing all preconstruction activities including estimating, value engineering ,project planning and risk assessment along with ongoing collaboration with our construction team. Working closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors, Mr. McInnis ensures that all preconstruction activities align with PB Builders ongoing commitment to excellence.
With more than 35 years of experience in the Florida construction industry, Alley brings vast experience and knowledge to our company. His experience includes projects throughout Florida in multiple sectors including luxury residential, multi-family, hospitality, commercial buildings, tenant improvements, aviation and restaurants.
Prior to joining PB Builders, Mr. McInnis served in similar senior executive level preconstruction management roles with national general contractors and developers. He has completed many successful projects including a luxury resort hotel in Key Largo and a complex design build baggage handling system project at Ft Lauderdale Hollywood Airport.
Alley attended Construction Technology Training at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston Massachusetts. He is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor and a Life Director of the Builders Association of South Florida.
An avid sports fan Alley enjoys following our Florida teams and spending quality time with family and friends.
